Soon after the arrival of new iPhone 11 series in the market, the company has slashed the prices of last year’s models iPhone XR, XS, and XS Max as well as its older generation phones like the iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus, iPhone 7, and iPhone 7 Plus. The new prices of these older iPhone models are now reflecting on the Apple India website. The iPhone 7 is now available for as low as Rs 29,990 for the base 64GB storage options whereas the 128GB model now costs Rs 34,900. Apple iPhone XS, which originally launched in India for Rs 99,900 last year, is now available at a starting price of Rs 89,900 for the 64GB storage option whereas the 256GB variant is now priced at Rs 1,03,900. The iPhone XR is currently available in India for Rs 49,900 for the 64GB storage variant and Rs 54,900 for the 128GB storage option. The launch prices of both iPhone XR variants in India last year were set at Rs 76,900 and Rs 81,900 respectively. Going back further, Apple’s iPhone X hasn’t received a price cut and is still priced at Rs 91,900 for 64GB storage options and Rs 1,06,900 for the 256GB storage variant. On the other hand, the iPhone 8 Plus price in India has dropped to a massive extent and is currently priced at Rs. 49,900 for the 64GB base model and Rs 54,900 for the 128GB storage variant. The iPhone 8 Plus price after the last cut was Rs 69,900 for the 64GB storage option, which means a massive price cut of Rs 20,000 has been applied to the base model. Similarly, the iPhone 8 price in India has now dropped to Rs 39,900 for the 64GB variant, while the 128GB model after the price cut is priced at Rs 49,900. The iPhone 7 Plus is now available in India for Rs 37,900 for the base 64GB storage options whereas the 128GB model now costs Rs 42,900. Apple has made revisions to the pricing of its all old iPhone models, except for the iPhone X and iPhone XS Max. Now moving on to Apple’s newest iPhone models, the iPhone 11 is the most economical among the three new models (iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max) with a starting price of Rs 64,900 in India. On the other hand, the iPhone 11 Pro and 11 Pro Max will be available at Rs 99,900 and Rs 1,09,900 respectively for the base model. The sale of new iPhone 11 models in India will start on September 27.
